Ideas....

So last night playing Wii with Griggs and my roommates we came up with an idea. What if Nintendo made a version of Wii sports for college students? Including Beer Pong, Quarter Bounce, Flip Cup, Darts and so on. Yea it doesn't go along with the usual child friendly Nintendo natuer, but oh well, they can make it for adults only. I think that would be awesome.

For the Head Artichoke.

It was a long time ago, well not really, but in the the Artichoke land it was. The Head Artichoke stated his enjoyment for drunk posts. So here you go. I know what you're thinking, his grammar and spelling is way too good for being drunk, well, I review, spell check, and all that crap to make sure my shit is good. Yea, see? I said shit is good, that isn't good grammar now is it? MAMA! HOW THEM TATERS DOIN'! Ha, you know. Well anyway, on a more civilized NON-piece of hick-cow-shit-golddiggin'-onlywithherbecausesheisdominatinginthesack-note, I'm drunk. I find myself most interesting and opinionative about the scum of the earth when I've been drinking. Now, today MLA IMed me with great excitement.

"MLA: Today I met a guy who went to Camp Copneconic AS A CAMPER
MLA: An older guy. He works in the lib
Me: that's odd
Me: haha
MLA: I know, random
MLA: It's weird to think that we have alumni"

So I ask her the question, what are we? Are we considered alumni even though we didn't go there? But we worked there? Is that considered alumni? But my exact question was, what are we? Are we considered former puppets? I guess puppets isn't the best word to describe us because we did have a mind of our own, which I believe birthed the blog community and caused us to no longer be working there. Not to say those who still work there don't have a mind of their own. Trust me, I know Daddy has a mind of their own, and I've been invited into the mind of McBest, trust me, you don't want to be there, creepy, ha! So if we weren't puppets, and everyone knows we weren't respected employees, what were we? If you could come up with a name for it, I'd like to hear it. MLA seemed to think former puppets was hilarious, I believe her response was, and I quote "hahahahahahaha." I think this post should earn a comment from the Head Artichoke as I think he would give the wisest answer, but still I would love everyone elses' answer, this is a serious question. What the fuck are we? Or were we? I guess besides former puppets we could call ourselves "Avengers for the Youth." That is because during O.E. as well at Summer Camp, we put up with the shit, but we pushed it aside. We pushed it aside as the "Douche Bags...I mean, Powers Above" made our lives miserable and made it so the children had the best possible experience as they could. I guess you could sort of consider us as heroes. Yes? No? I mean yea in our personal lives we didn't exactly lead the lifestyle of a hero, but when the time came and when it really counted, we were all we could be, the best we could be. So why not consider us heroes? My definition of a hero(not meaning to step on any toes)is a person who sets aside all of their personal differences to make sure that other, those that need it most, get what they need. I feel like that is what we did. Whether it was scheduling people on classes they had no idea how to teach, scheduling someone on the same boring ass class all week, or even scheduling way too many horse rides and over working both the ranch staff and the horses. WE STUCK IT OUT! We did our best to teach classes we had no idea about. No we didn't make up bullshit and lie like they wanted us to in order to sound smart, we said what we knew and improvised from there. No we didn't slack off on boring classes we have been teaching all day and hated, we gave 100-fucking-% every class all day. No they didn't show the kids that they were aggravated and frustrated about overworking them and not getting paid extra for it while other employees got offered extra to "help them out" and no they didn't let the kids know the horses were being overworked. WE ALL STUCK IT OUT FOR THE KIDS. We made those fucking powers above look good! But luckily they took us to a shit ass discount family restaurant that gave everyone gas to make us feel appreciated! Thank you, if it wasn't for that, I would have felt unnoticed! You guys are awesome. But on a serious note, everyone who ever worked O.E., whether it be all season or just a few weeks after you got done with school like some people did, and those who worked this summer(mission team anyway) or any summer, you guys are heroes in my book, and I am really happy people like you are still around. If it wasn't for people like you, well I guess I can say us, life wouldn't be the same and the future would be fucked. So thank you guys, all of you. Also, thanks for being the best friend I hate ever had. Head Artichoke, this was the best post I could come up with, it came from the heart, and the drunken mind, so I hope you enjoy it. I hope everyone enjoys it. Also, please answer my question that was asked way earlier in the post, everyone who reads this, EVERYONE! EVEN YOU!!!!!

Seriously, shut the hell up.

So there is this girl and she is friends with my roommates. I have posted about her previously, you know, the drunk angry racist girl? Well, when I first met her, I could tolerate her, I didn't like her, but could tolerate her. Now that I actually live here and see her like 4 times a week because she is always over here, I CANNOT STAND HER. She has a nails on chalk board, no no, nails on chalkboard mixed with torchering a walrus voice. It is terrible, not to mention loud. When I'm in my room with my door closed I can't hear my roommates when they are in the living room, maybe an occasional loud outburst of laughter. But when she is here, it is like she is fucking sitting next to me talking. All I can here is "BLAH BLAH BLAH I'M A WHORE" silent pause(I imagine this is when my roommates respond) "BLAH BLAH BLAH WHY WON'T HE DIVORCE HIS WIFE FOR ME, LIKE I MEAN I SUCK HIS DICK AND PUT OUT WHENEVER HE WANTS, I MEAN SURE HE WALKED IN ON MY BOYFRIEND AND ME BUT WHAT THE FUCK?" silent pause.."BLAH BLAH BLAH SOMETHING SLUTTY BLAH FUCKING BLAH". AH! I can't stand her. She is the most annoying, least respectable person I have ever met. Plus she is racist and I have had to chew her out for being racist towards Dump on seperate occasions. Seriously, I love living here, but it is small things like her that make me want to rip my hair out, scream, and move. If anyone else knows someone like this, maybe we can start a club? eh? eh?

On a lighter note, seeing as how I haven't got my haircut since my birthday haircut/accident, which was a little over 3 months ago, it is getting a little on the shaggy side. Also, to MLA's enjoyment, because of that birthday haircut, without touching it, my hair decided to grow itself a rat tail, which I quickly cut off because, well, it was a rat tail. My hair is back to about the length it was a year in high school, so of course the Frodo comments have started coming out again(No Kit, not Bilbo, FRODO) not because I look like a hobbit, just because my whole life I've been told I look like Elijah Wood. With that note, I'm thinking I will go get a haircut this weekend, maybe, maybe not, we'll see.

AAAAWWWWW here it goes....

So instead of going out with my roommates to drink tonight, I stayed in to do homework. Well, I'm done already so I'm bored. Flipping through the channels I notice one of my favorite T.V. shows growing up. Kenan & Kel. What else could this show ask for? It took the two best "All That" characters, gave them there own show, came up with non-everyday scenarios and essentially made gold. For anyone who doesn't know what this show is, I'm sorry but you are SSSSSSSCCCCCHHHHHTTTTOOOOOPID! Also, if you haven't seen it before, its as far as I know at 11 pm on "The N" television network. I suggest you watch it. Also, watching everyone on this show act has made me realize, if you have done a campfire at camp successfully, you can act on Nickelodeon. So long everyone, off to Hollywood for me. Ha.

P.S. The theme song is performed by none other than Coolio...come on now, COOLIO!

"AAAAAAWWWWW here it goes!"-Kel Mitchell at the beginning and end of every episode.

To all WCC students!

I'm sure this was already obvious, but not to me. When you walk down the stairs in buildings, DO NOT put your hand on the rails. I was walking down them today with my hand on the rail and my fingers kept going over grooves on the wood, so I just thought they were just that, grooves on the wood. Nope, dozens of pieces of ABC gum. Fucking sick, people are sick. That is my word of advice for the day. Just thought I would let you know while I sit here in the student center listening to the nerds in the booth next to me get all hot and bothered of Magic the Gathering and WoW, they make me proud to have a life.

Videos, videos, VIDEOS!!

This first video, I think the song is hilarious, I guess the pictures add to it a little bit. I'd say this pretty much puts America in a nutshell, for those who have also watched the movie, I already know you like it.

This next one is for the Michigan fans reading my blog, This one was brought to me by my summer Mentee, Matt Haas. Watch the whole thing, the song is quite hilarious.

My Mid-Week Weekend

Everyday since my thanksgiving vacation started, I ended up drinking. Friday at Em Leon's with Em Law, Kit and McBest, then saturday morning and throughout the day, then at night when i got back to GB. I go back to school Sunday, then my roommates are there and drinking, so I join in. Monday, the bar, Tuesday kegger at our apartment. I'll get to that later. Now Wednesday I was hung over all day and I had intention to drink although it was the biggest bar night of the year. I just played Halo 3 with Gallagher all night then we home around 1. I get home and just in bed and my roommates and some guests come in hammered, wake me up and then made me, yes made me, play beer pong. Then last night, beer pong once again after all Thanksgiving festivities. I think I need to start exercising, ha.

Ok, the kegger at our place Tuesday. I was actually worried throughout the day that it wasn't going to live up to my expectations because we couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone and got a bunch of maybes. We got the keg anyway and said fuck it, no one comes, more beer for us. Well, people came, more than I expected, and it was fun. Needless to say, we played beer pong. My roommate and I dominated the table, of course. MLA was there and she wore "Daddy Pants" as we call it. They were Daddy's sweat pants from college. Ha, she wore grey sweat pants, a white-T and moccasins, classic. The night just went on and we all had fun and drank and played pong, then the keg finished, we needed more beer, I will NOT be getting into that story so don't even worry about it, ha. We got more beer and started playing more, as people started filtering out around 1 am, KMFP filters in, and the party restarts. I guess I have a tendency of getting people way to drunk when they first get there when they come late, because I did it to someone else before, and that night I did it to KMFP. She was real drunk, and it you see the pictures on facebook if she ever puts them up, you will see just how hammered she is. She bit my face at one point, and kept pooring beer on everyone like they were hoes in a Snoop Dogg video or something. Then night then moved to the point where MLA and KMFP each do a beer bong in my room. the only problem is, the beer pong is 10 ft. long, so the funnel was at one corner of my room, and the end of the tube was at the opposite corner, again, pictures, it's quite funny. After that MLA and KMFP disappeared for a while and I got bored and passed out because they were gone for a solid hour and I was hammered andit was like 4 am. That's the end of my story. OH! also, apparently I pulled a Michael Jackson with his baby incident, because MLA insists I lifted her and dangled her over the balcony. All I did was pick her up, my back was against the railing, ha.
